It also contains vitamin A to support healthy eyes and to fend off free radical toxins. And of course, kids need vitamin C to support immune health, normal growth as well as antioxidant protection.   Suggested use

  Adults and children 4 years of age and older – Chew one tablet daily, preferably with food, as a dietary supplement.

  Other ingredients

  Sucrose, mannitol, stearic acid, natural and artificial flavors, magnesium stearate, silica, fd&c blue #2, fd&c red #40 lake, fd&c yellow #6.
